Often in the earthquake, many victims were trapped and hard to find. This situation is even more difficult for the visually impaired earthquake victims. It can cause a familiar place becomes difficult to walk through. In addition, many people are trapped between debris and hard to find by officials.
EES (Earthquake Emergency system) is a tool that is used when earthquake happen for the visually impaired. ENS system works with sensors and connects with the existing tracking program in government so that officials can quickly find people who trapped. Visually impaired person can also use it as a navigation tool after a disaster, considering condition of the building changed as a result of the disaster.
It is designed especially so that visually impaired person can use the tool easily. The tool navigates the way and informs user by vibrate and sound. Tool can be brought daily by hang it on their stick or bag as a disaster prevention act.
