Rwanda is a landlocked country located at the center-east of Africa. The country’s tourism and investment field grew rapidly in the last decade. The growth affected positively the whole nutrition system of the country, which has seen the adoption of healthy diet soar in the past few years. The demand of salad has never been so higher. However, the production capacity in the country is limited to specific crop and condemn the whole supply chain to importing more and more items to satisfy the diet of tourists, expats and local citizens.
